Absolutely brilliant service. Having placed a lot of orders over the years with ThePiHut.com I know their normal service is fast, efficient, and good - and during that time I've only had problems with orders a coupe of times which, of course, is when the customer service realy, really matters. ThePiHut.com understood my order issue and very quickly rectified it the following day - I have nothing but the highest praise for their staff and service - highly recommended.

DHL express failed to deliver next day. Contacted The Pi Hut and they immediately refunded the express delivery charge.

Quick delivery always but if you order the wrong parts it's your responsibility to cover both return postage and postage of replacement items. You end up paying more for postage than the cost of the items. Other companies cover return costs why not Pi Hut?

Bought a few raspberry pi model 4b's from these guys back on January, 2021 one 2GB one 4GB and one 8GB, I recently decided to sell one of these, the 4GB one so i went and removed the heat sinks i had placed on the memory module to check which was which and to my dismay i've noticed that have 1 2GB and 2 4GB boards which means i've been sold a 4GB board instead of the 8GB board i paid for even though it said 8GB on the box it came in.... i dont know what i can do at this point as its been so long since i made the purchase. overall im really quite upset to find this out and im kicking myself in the teeth fir not checking the number on the RAM module sooner. Be sure to check what your getting guys, make sure you check the numbers match up and dont rely on the box it came in :(

Have ordered many, many times from this site. Only ever had one issue with the wrong item being sent and they resolved it incredibly quickly and at no cost to me. Thanks pi hut

Cannot recommend enough customer service professionalism at The Pi Hut.
I ordered a good number of items from them - one of them was faulty, the second was unfit for purpose due to inaccurate description, the third was a wrong item shipped.
Despite all these mishaps, Billie at The Pi Hut addressed all issues promptly, accurately and professionally.

I purchased a Raspberry Pi zero and a Raspberry Pi 4 kit from The Pi Hut in December 2021. I was pleased with the service I received and both items worked really well until April, when unfortunately the Pi 4 failed.
I reported the problem to The Pi Hut where I was guided to return the Pi 4 kit.
Within the same week of return I received a replacement, they even remembered to include the heat sinks I had originally ordered in December.
Th replacement Raspberry Pi 4 was tested and it works as it should proving that the original had a fault.
I am very pleased with the service I have received from The Pi Hut and in particular Billie.
The Pi Hut will be my go to store when I need more parts to experiment with and I will not hesitate in recommending The Pi Hut.

Parts missing from order with a poor support system.

No phone for customer service, just a poor quality support system that is not even linked to the main sales portal

Great service and a nice website to order from, unfortunately I had a faulty product but was offered a replacement or refund with no quibbles at all. Due to this I then decided to run a different setup and they refunded the other items I then no longer required after returning.

No issues at all - highly recommended.

Ordered a RPi Model 4 2GB

I got offered 2 replacements for the pi4, the 1st replacement was over a year ago, I can't praise the support enough, without any hesitation they gave me a return link to print off and within 4 days I had shipped the pi off and got a replacement. The same day they got my pi they gave the replacement. So if you're worried about your pi malfunctioning or messing up, don't the support has you!
